​I’ve been a dedicated Professional Massage Therapist and Structural Integration Bodyworker since 1999, licensed in Washington State, then California. Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in Applied Neurology and Nutritious Movement — transformative disciplines that reshaped not only my work but my life.

My professional journey is as diverse as it is rich — from clinical bodywork to backcountry trail crew cook, wildland firefighter, and whitewater rafting guide. At heart, I’m a mountain mama who raises her family with a deep love for adventure in the mountains we call home.
This work is deeply personal to me. These are the exact tools I rely on daily — to maintain my own body’s vitality, to help friends in pain find relief when they’re lost, and to empower my family to move through life with strength, ease, and joy.

My mission is simple yet profound: to reignite your belief in the brilliance of your own body. Your body is always giving you clues for healing — you just need to learn how to listen.
